Join us on Thursday, August 23 at The Soho Hotel in London for an evening with an exclusive panel of experts, offering their best practical guidance and thinking about how to age into your best you.

How to age well, to age beautifully? The beauty industry tells us it’s about creams and expensive procedures. Anna Murphy, fashion director of the Times, meets three experts who believe in a different approach. Beauty is more than skin deep, according to them. And they maintain that if you get it right on the inside, looking as good - or better - at 60 as at 30 can be a reality rather than a dream.
Beata Aleksandrowicz talks about her innovative Face Therapy approach, which reeducates the muscles and restructures the face. The Chinese Medicine practitioner Katie Brindle, creator of the Hayo’u Method, reveals what your face and skin are trying to tell you, and how to recast that story. And one of London’s most in-demand facialists, Alexandra Soveral, the author of Perfect Skin, discusses the power of the all-natural approach.
It will be an evening full of practical guidance about how to age into your best you. After the discussion, you will also have the opportunity to have a chat with the panel and ask them your own questions over a glass of wine at an exclusive post-talk drinks reception.
