TIMES TALKS are a series of special 30-minute online events, launched during January 2021 to keep subscribers company during lockdown. We pulled together a selection of your favourite columnists from The Times and The Sunday Times to help you stay entertained and well informed. This event took place on Thursday, February 18, 2021.

Join Dolly Alderton and Stig Abell as they share the books they have been reading to get them through this period and give you some inspiration about what should be on your own reading list.

Dolly Alderton is a writer, podcaster and Style's agony aunt. She has been a columnist for The Sunday Times style since 2015. She is the author of the 2018 memoir Everything I Know About Love and the 2020 novel Ghosts.

Stig Abell is co-host of the Times Radio breakfast show (Monday to Thursday) alongside broadcaster Aasmah Mir. He is also executive editor of Wireless in June 2020 having been named Launch Director of Times Radio in late 2019. Stig previously edited The TLS from February 2016 and is author of Things I Learned on the 6.28: A Guide to Daily Reading.  You can read his article on what to read to stay sane here.
